Matt personally fulfills each DVD order so expect a 7-10 day turnaround – though it hardly ever takes that long – to receive you DVD purchase.

We do not offer returns on our products, unless it was our error. If that’s the case, we’ll be sure to exchange the erroneous product with your desired product.
